Southampton Academy has a very active PTO and all parents and teachers are considered members. Full participation by everyone is needed for the success of the social and service activities and especially the fundraisers.  The Executive Board of the PTO holds planning session and committees work during the year to complete projects.
The PTO acts as hospitality chairs for the school hosting meetings, orientations, special recognition events for teachers, family picnics, and graduation receptions.
The PTO organizes fundraising throughout the year including the Annual Antiques Show and Sale. Money raised from PTO projects is used to supplement educational resources at the Academy. Volunteers are needed for all projects.

SPIRIT SHOP
The PTO has a SA spirit shop in the gym lobby. T-shirts, sweatshirts, pens, pompoms, pencils, stuffed animals, etc., are available.  It is open every Wednesday from 8 - 8:30 a.m..
